La Falaise Medical Laboratory

The Brief

La Falaise Medical Laboratory is Dominica's trusted private diagnostic laboratory, operating from Roseau with a team of experienced professionals and state-of-the-art equipment. They needed a modern, accessible website that could serve both patients and healthcare providers — one that communicated clinical precision and care, while making it easy for the public to find tests, understand pricing, and book appointments.

The Approach

We designed a clean, professional website anchored in the lab's signature forest green and white palette. The centrepiece of the project is the bespoke Test Catalogue — a fully searchable, filterable database of over 500 diagnostic tests across 10 speciality categories, each with pricing, turnaround time, and test codes. Patients can browse by category (Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Molecular, and more) or search by name or acronym. The homepage features a rotating hero, a services overview, and a mobile phlebotomy section highlighting the lab's island-wide home visit service.

The Outcome

The result is a digital platform that elevates La Falaise above the standard of most Caribbean medical laboratories — giving patients a transparent, trustworthy experience and positioning the lab as the most accessible and comprehensive diagnostic service on the island.
